A vaporizer refers to any device that heats herbs, oils, or concentrates until the active ingredient is turned into an inhalable mist.
Is vaporizing better than smoking?
Heating a substance until it burns (also called combustion) releases numerous harmful chemicals and toxins. Vaporization of a substance eliminates most (if not all) of these harmful by-products.
Is there any second-hand smoke or smell associated with vaporizing?
Vaporization does not create any smoke, and produces very little lingering smell or odor.
When I inhale, it doesn’t feel like anything is there. Am I doing something wrong?
Vaporization is a completely different experience. Vapor is a much lighter by-product than smoke, and as such you will not feel that heavy, irritating feeling that comes with traditional smoking.
When I exhale, little or nothing comes out. Is that normal?
Yes, this is completely normal. While density can vary between different vapors, typically you should only exhale a light mist as opposed to a large cloud of thick, smelly smoke.
I think something is wrong with my vaporizer. What should I do?
All of our Pulsar vaporizers are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the original date of purchase. Please see our Warranty Page for more details.
Do I need to clean my vaporizer? What should I use to clean it?
Routine cleaning of your device is important, and will increase the overall lifespan of your vaporizer. Please review your User Manual for specific cleaning instructions.
I lost my charger, mouthpiece, or other accessory. Do I have to buy a new vaporizer?
No. If you lost part of your vaporizer or would just like to reorder a spare, please see our Vaporizer Parts page.
